  1. 1 cup full fat Greek Yogurt
  2. 1 cup Cream
  3. 2 tsp gelatin
  4. 1/4 cup Sugar (adjust)
  5. 3 tbsp cold Water
  6. 1 tsp Lime juice
  7. For topping (optional)
  8. 4 tbsp Walnut
  9. 1/4 cup Honey (adjust)

Step-step making Easy Yogurt Panna cotta Recipes

  1. In a bowl, mix 1/2 pot cream and yoghurt well

  2. Sprinkle gelatin on cold water and even allow to rest for 5 a few minutes. It should appear spongy

  3. In a saucepan, add sugar and even remaining cream. Mix well. Simmer in low heat until sugar dissolves. Put gelatin mixture. Mix well. Switch off of

  4. Add sugar mixture to be able to yoghurt mixture and mix well. Put in lime juice and whisk effectively. Pour in small cups/glass and evening chill for 2-3 hours

  5. Leading is optional, Drizzle with honey. Put walnuts on top. Alternatively you can easily use cherries/strawberries/blueberries etc too as toppings. Serve cold, if using honey while topping then serve immediately.
