  1. 3/4 glass bajra flour (black millet flour)
  2. 1/4 cup grain flour
  3. 1/3 cup roughly grated white raddish
  4. 1 tiny onion grated
  5. as needed Few raddish leaves finely chopped
  6. a single tsp green chillies turmeric paste
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tbsp petrol (moin)
  9. 2 tbsp curd(Dahi)
  10. to taste Salt
  11. while needed Wheat flour intended for dusting/ rolling
  12. as needed Oil for roasting

  1. Wash, peel and grate white raddish in mixing bowl, also peel in addition to grate onion, add bajra flour, wheat or grain flour, chopped raddish leaves, turmeric dust, salt, oil, curd, mix all.

  2. Add small water and bind into thick paratha dough.. Make four equal portions.

  3. Take a single portion, roll and flatten it, dust particles with wheat flour roll into circle paratha. Place on warm tawa.

  4. Roast paratha on both sides with oil. Likewise prepared all parathas
