  4. 1 tsp ginger, grated
  5. 2 natural chilies, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup grated carrots

  8. 1/2 cup coriander stems, chopped
  9. to flavor salt
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  12. yoghurt as required
  13. 1 tbsp oil for tempering
  14. 2 tbsp fried onions
  15. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  16. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  17. essential oil to shallow fry

  1. In a bowl, mix together all of the above mentioned ingredients starting via sooji to garam masala.
