  1. Firstly wash and soak potatoes (potatoes should be cut and big pieces), potatoes should be kept with salt fr at least 10//15 mins

  2. In a big Kadai, put oil, whn heating put aloo slowly as salty aloos, fr few mins in high flame, thn and medium flame

  3. Whn potatoes s warm, put Masala (coriander powder, haldi, green garlic, litte khuskhus, redchilli powder and salt) on each tukk(aloo)

  4. In the same Kadai put oil and green garlic, stir fr a while and put all aloos fry fr 5 mins in sim gas

  5. Lastly granish with coriander leaves and green garlic
