  1. 1 lb green beans
  2. 1/2 lb chicken, pork, shrimp, tofu
  3. 3-4 cloves garlic
  4. just one inch piece ginger
  5. 1-2 carrots
  6. 1/4-1/2 onion
  7. 1/2 tablespoon seafood or soy sauce
  8. 1 tea spoon chili sauce (optional, to taste)
  9. 1 ground black self defense to taste

  11. 3 tablespoon oil for frying

  1. Get everything together
