  1. 1 glass basmati rice

  17. 1/4 cup ghee
  18. 3-4 cloves
  19. 3-4 cardamoms(seeds)
  20. 3-4 cinnamon stick
  21. 2 red dry chillies
  22. 1 medium onion chopped
  23. 2 big ripe red tomatoes finely cut
  24. 1/4 cup boiled alternative peas
  25. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  26. to taste Sodium
  27. 1/4 curd
  28. 1/4 glass grated fresh coconut
  29. quarter cup finely chopped clean coriander leaves
  30. 2 tbsp fried cashewnuts

Step-step making Easy Aloo Kofta Biryani Recipes

  1. Wash basmati rice and soak with regard to 1/2 hour. Add ghee, salt, lime juice to soaked basmati rice. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
