  1. 1 glass Sewai(vermicelli)
  2. 4 tablespoons Ghee
  3. 1 cup Sugar
  4. 1/2 cup Water/milk
  5. 6 Cashewnuts
  6. 20 Raisins
  7. 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder
  8. few Saffron strands

Step-step making Easy Kesari sewai Recipes

  1. Fry vermicelli with 2 tsp ghee.

  2. Then add milk plus cardamom powder.

  3. Put one spoon ghee and fry cashews plus raisins.

  4. When sewai becomes soft add water/milk

  5. Again cook for 5 minutes.

  6. When sewai turns thick add ghee, Elaichi saffron strands and mix nicely

  7. That’s all. Your delicious dessert is ready to be served.
