  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1tsp sabut jeera
  9. to taste ~ salt
  10. 1/2 cup basmati rice soaked in water for 1/2 hour
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  12. 2 tbsp ghee or refined oil
  13. ~ sabut garam masala like Kali mirch, laung, elaichi, dalchini
  14. 1 tejpata
  15. 1 cup fresh dahi

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Include 1 tej pata and sabut garam masala. Fry 2 min in mediterranean sea heat.
