  1. 1/2 watermelon chopped
  2. 3/4 cup green grapes
  3. As required Sugar powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Black salt
  5. 1/4 tsp Jaljeera
  6. 1/4 tsp Salt
  7. 1/4 tsp Phudina masala powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin seeds powder
  9. Pinch black pepper powder
  10. 1/2 lemon juice
  11. 1/2 tsp basil seeds (takmaria)

Step-step making Easy Watermelon Shikanji Recipes

  1. Chop watermelon, and grapes into halves and keep in freezer for two hrs. Then add into big strainer.

  2. Mash together with hands and strain the juice.

  3. Now add just about all dry ingredients into watermelon’s juice. In addition to add lemon juice to it. Saturate takmaria /basil seeds into regular drinking water for 8-10 mins.

  4. Add soaked takmaria/ basil seeds directly into watermelon’s juice and mix well.

  5. Add into a glass, and add 1spoonfull of powder sugars into glass. And adjust sweetness like per your taste.

  6. Stir well till sugar dissolves. And serve chilled.
