Easy Chicken in a mushroom and tarragon sauce Recipes

The ingredients Easy Chicken in a mushroom and tarragon sauce Recipes

  1. Chicken breasts (4ish)
  2. 400 g mushrooms (I used chestnut)
  3. Small onion
  4. Olive oil
  5. Flour
  6. Stock (300ml)
  7. White wine
  8. Passata of tomatoes (2 spoonfuls)
  9. Salt, pepper
  10. Tarragon

Step-step making Easy Chicken in a mushroom and tarragon sauce Recipes

  1. Chop chicken into cubes. Toss in flour and set aside

  2. Chop onion, smolder gently in oil. Add chopped mushrooms, cook for a few mins after that add a glug of wine. Convert up the heat.

  3. Turn down the high temperature and add the chicken. Cook to get a couple of minutes then insert stock, passata, salt, pepper and tarragon. Stir well and simmer very carefully uncovered for about 30 mins. Mix every now and then. Serve along with crusty bread
