  1. 1 medium squid (2/3 of a big one)

  15. 1/2 TBSP minced garlic
  16. 1/2 finely chopped ginger
  17. 2 TBSP chili powder(gochoogaroo)

  1. Peel squid skin off. Put a new pinch of salt onto squid. Clean well. Drain.
