  1. a single small ripe cantaloup, seeded, peeled and cut throughout small cubes
  2. Juice of 1 lime
  3. zest of a single lime
  4. 1/2 cup simple sirup
  5. half of cup rhum involving choice (I’ve used appleton)
  6. 2 teaspoon clean grated ginger
  7. 1 tablespoon Angostura bitter

Step-step making Cantaloup daiquiri popsicles

  1. Put all ingredients in blender except for lime zest and bring in pure.

  2. Add lime zest and blend gently.

  3. Put mix in popsicle mold with sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours; overnight is better.

  4. Enjoy!
