  1. 1 cup Milk
  2. 150 g (3/4 cup) Sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder
  4. 1 heaped tablespoon Corn Flour (Corn Starch)
  5. 1 cup Thickened Cream

Step-step making Matcha Ice Cream

  1. Place Milk, Sugar, Corn Flour and even Matcha powder into a saucepan and even cook over medium heat whisking constantly until the mixture thickened, then fascinating completely.

  2. Whisk Thickened Cream in a mixing bowl until very soft peaks form. Add the cooled Matcha mixture and mix well.

  3. Transfer to a container. Freeze intended for 2 to 3 hours or right up until almost firm.
