  1. 1 cup Wheat flour
  2. 1 tsp carom seeds
  3. 4-5 tsp oil
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. For deep frying Oil

Step-step making Easy Wheat Flour Puris (Snacks) Recipes

  1. Take a mixing bowl add flour, carom seeds, all masala and oil. Mix it well. Use little water and make the tight dough. Keep for 15 mins.

  2. After 15 min add 1 tsp of oil and make the dough smooth. Make small balls out of it.

  3. Take a rolling pin. Roll all puris keep them for a dry on a cloth.

  4. Now put a deep pan add oil on medium flame. Smolder all the pooris and serve along with hot tea or coffee
