  1. 2 packages spinach
  2. 10-12 garlic cloves
  3. 1/2 inch ginger
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 2 tomatoes purée
  6. a couple of onions finely chopped
  7. you tbsp oil
  8. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  9. 1/2 pot boiled corns
  10. 10-12 mushrooms halved
  11. Sodium as per taste
  12. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  14. 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
  15. 1/2 pot fresh cream

  1. Wash and blanch the spinach. Deplete the water, once it cools straight down grind into purée.

  2. Chop the mushrooms in to large chunks and boil the corn kernels.

  3. Make a fresh paste of garlic clove, ginger and green chilli.

  4. In a no stay pan heat the oil, add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and cook with regard to a minute. Add chopped onions plus sauté till they turn translucent.

  5. Add all the dry spices and sauté for thirty secs and add boiled corn plus mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add tomato purée and cook right up until oil separates from the masala.

  6. Now add the Palak purée and cook for 2 minutes. Add some fresh cream and blend well.

  7. Change off the flame and serve garnished with some more cream drizzled over it.
