  1. 1 cup Yellow moon Dal
  2. 1/2 Cup ChanaDal
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli
  4. 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander chopped
  5. Gram flour 2-3 Tablespoon (for Binding)
  6. 1/2 Inch Ginger grated
  7. 1-2 Green Chilli
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Roasted floor Cumin
  9. 1 pinch Asafoetida
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Salt to 1 teaspoon
  11. 1-2 cups Oil for deep frying
  12. For Topping: Carrot peeled (length wise)
  13. 1 tablespoon Mint Chutney –
  14. 1 tablespoon Dates and Tamarind Chutney –
  15. 1 Radish
  16. For Tangy Caroot Vinegar Pani:
  17. 1 cup Vinegar
  18. 2 cup Water
  19. 4-5 (Laung) Cloves
  20. 1 Garlic Clove
  21. 2 tablespoon Sugar

Step-step making Easy Ram Ladoos Recipes

  1. Soak Moong Dal and ChanaDal Over night and then Grind both together directly into a fine paste with little quantity (1-2 tablespoon)water.

  2. Add ginger paste, coriander, hing, reddish chilli powder, roasted cumin powder in addition to salt. Mix all the ingredients good.

  3. Temperature oil in a wok and include scoops of the batter to help to make Ram ladoos.

  4. Fry until it turn light-weight brown in colour.

  5. Assembling Ladoos: (Dry one) Top it with some Carrot pickle, peeled Radish, mint chutney and schedules tamarind chutney and serve.

  6. For Tangy Caroot Vinegar Pani: Temperature vinegar and water in a skillet.

  7. Allow it boil for 4-5 minutes together with other added ingredients (peeled carrots, cloves and garlic clove).

  8. Dip ladoos in this particular water for 15 minutes before offering and then top with chutneys in addition to carrot and radish.
