  1. 4-5 mugs idli batter
  2. 1 teaspoon. garam masala powder
  3. 150-200 gms paneer, mashed
  4. in order to taste salt
  5. 1 glass coriander leaves, chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  7. 2-3 tbsp. fried onions
  8. two fresh red chilies, cut
  9. As needed oil in order to shallow fry

  1. In a bowl, mix together paneer, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala dust, coriander leaves, fried onions and reddish colored chilies. Keep aside.

  2. Fill a little of the batter directly into each of the greased idli mold.

  3. Then spread a level of the paneer mix and include it with another layer of the particular idli batter.

  4. Steam regarding 12-15 minutes. When cool, demould all of them and serve with coconut chutney (or any chutney as preferred) and sambar.
