4-5 mugs idli batter

1 teaspoon. garam masala powder

150-200 gms paneer, mashed

1 glass coriander leaves, chopped

two fresh red chilies, cut

As needed oil in order to shallow fry

In a bowl, mix together paneer, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala dust, coriander leaves, fried onions and reddish colored chilies. Keep aside.

Fill a little of the batter directly into each of the greased idli mold.

Then spread a level of the paneer mix and include it with another layer of the particular idli batter.

Steam regarding 12-15 minutes. When cool, demould all of them and serve with coconut chutney (or any chutney as preferred) and sambar.
