  1. 2 wild rockfish fillets
  2. 2/3 pot Italian bread crumbs
  3. 2 to 3 cup corn meal
  4. a couple of eggs beaten
  5. 4 Ounce . of pkg Spanish chorizo
  6. prepared jalapeo snow crab plunge
  7. lemon wedges for decoration

Step-step making Brad’s wild rockfish w/ Spanish chorizo & jalapeo snow crab dip

  1. Remove bones from fish. Mix breads crumbs and corn meal.

  2. Dip fish in crumbs then ovum then crumbs again

  3. Smolder in oil over med heat till golden brown.

  4. Lay chorizo over fillets. Top with a dallop of crab dip.

  5. Location on an oven proof stoneware platter. Bake at 425 for 5 mins. Remove and garnish with lemon. Assist immediately
