  1. 500 ml full fat milk
  2. 3 or more tbsp sugar
  3. Pinch backing soda
  4. 1/4 cup gram flour
  5. 1/2 tbsp ghee
  6. 1/4 cup milk powder
  7. 1/4 tsp heaped cardamom powder
  8. 7-8 saffron strings
  9. 1/4 cup cream (available at home)
  10. 4-5 almonds roughly chopped
  11. 5-7 raisins chopped

  1. Heat heavy bottom pan, and include gram flour and ghee. Make certain it couldn’t be smooth. Saute flour on low heat till lightly chage colour and nice aroma release.

  6. Then add more sauted gram flour mixture and defeat well. Then add chilld condensed whole milk and beat it nicely for 5-7min, you will get nice fluffy structure. Cover this with aluminum foil plus keep in deep freezer for 3-4hrs.

  7. Soak saffron guitar strings into spoonful of milk and grind it. Add this to frized blend and again beat very nicely this for 5-10min.

  8. Once again cover this with foil and place it to deep fridger for even more 5-7hrs. Add chopped almonds and raisins. Mix well and pour into kulfi moulds and again put into serious fridger for 8-9hrs.
