300 h plain flour

1 bundle baking powder

(to taste) salt and pepper

a hundred and twenty ml olive oil

a hundred and twenty ml dry white wine beverages

4 medium sized ovum

150 g diced pancetta

250 g button mushrooms

150 g grated gruyre cheese

(optional) a several green olives
Step-step making Mushroom & Pancetta Loaf

Whisk together flour, baking powder, sodium and pepper. Slowly add in olive oil, wine and whisked eggs

Meanwhile, fry up the pancetta cube and sliced mushrooms. Leave aside till no longer hot to touch

Add cheese and cooled mushroom-pancetta mixture to the batter. Add the particular olives if desired. Pour in a new buttered loaf pan

Make in a 200C oven for 30-45 min. Serve warm or cold together with mustard vinaigrette. Enjoy: )
