Step-step making Easy Burrito rice bowl Recipes

  1. Heat oil in broad non stick pan add the garlic and saute for few seconds on medium flame. add chilli flakes and onion saute for 1 minute then add capsicum and saute on medium flame for one minute

  2. Add the corn and saute for few seconds. add the cooked rice and tomato ketchup and salt then mix well and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. stirring occasionally. keep aside

  3. In another pan add oil heat it and add garlic and chilli flakes saute for few seconds. add the spring onion and saute for one minute, add tomatoes and cooked untill it becomes soft and mushy. add tomato ketchup, rajma, chilli powder salt and 1tblsp water, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. stirring occasionally. keep aside.

  4. Now take a bowl add all the salsa ingredients and mix well. keep aside

  5. Finally take a big serving bowl. place a portion of the rice and press lightly with spoon. top it with a portion of refried beans and again press lightly. put a portion of sour cream and spread evenly. now put the uncooked salsa on the top and spread evenly.

  6. Sprinkle 1/2tsp of spring onion, spread grated cheese and chips. serve the burrito bowl.
