Step-step making Thai Fried Bananas

  1. Heat the butter in a big frying pan and fry the bananas for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until they are lightly golden in colour

  2. Meanwhile dry fry the coconut in a small frying pan until lightly browned, remove and put aside

  3. Sprinkle the sugar into the pan with the bananas, add the lime juice and cook stirring until dissolved

  4. Sprinkle the coconut over the bananas, decorate with lime green slices and serve with the solid and creamy yoghurt
