  1. 2 cups of coffee maida
  2. 100 gms mawa/khoya
  3. 1/2 cup powder sugar
  4. 1/4 cup ghee
  5. Some Oil to get frying
  6. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1/4 cup sliced dry fruits (coconut, almonds, raisins etc)
  8. As required Water to get making dough

Step-step making Easy Baked gujhiya Recipes

  1. In a bowl take maida plus add ghee and mix well along with your fingers and add water to make a soft dough. And maintain aside for ten minutes.

  2. Heat a pan and saute mawa in it for 3-4 minutes. Change off the flame and cool the mawa.

  3. Add cardamom natural powder, sugar, and all chopped dry fruit in mawa to make a stuffing.

  4. Then make small circular balls from the dough and create a cup-like-space in the balls to fill the sumptuous stuffing. After including the filling seal corners in such a way that it secures the stuffing.

  5. Now bake almost all gujhiyas in a pre heated stove on 200┬░for 16-18 minutes.
