1/2 cup Green Peas

1/4 cup Fresh Coriander Chopped

2 Green Chillies Chopped

1 inch Ginger Chopped

2 tbsp Besan

2 tbsp Cornflour

1/4 cup Bread Crumbs

to taste Salt

2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

Heat water in a pan.
Once the water comes to a new boil, add sugar in it and even let it dissolve. -
Put spinach and cook for 2-3 a few minutes.
Drain the water and work the spinach under cold water. -
Drain the water nicely by the spinach.
Add it inside the blender along with peas, alternative coriander, green chilli and ginger and even blend to make a smooth stick. -
Transfer the paste inside a bowl.
Add grated cut potato, besan, cornflour, bread crumbs, sodium, dry mango powder and garam masala powder in the paste and mixture well.
Add more bread breadcrumbs if the mixture is too rainy. -
Make small kabab by the mixture.
Heat oil inside a pan. -
Shallow flame up the kababs until golden brown by both the sides.
Drain about a plate lined with kitchen muscle.
