  1. 3 medium boiled potatoes
  2. 3 tbsp maida
  3. 3 tbsp corn flour
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
  6. 1/2 cup chopped spring onions additional to garnish
  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli sauce
  8. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  9. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  10. 1. 5 tbsp tomato chili sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon green chillies sauce
  12. 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  13. 1. 5 tbsp corn flour
  14. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  15. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  16. 2 tbsp sesame oil
  17. 1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds to garnish

Step-step making Easy Potato Manchurian Gravy Recipes

  1. In a bowl, add mashed taters, salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, reddish colored chilli powder, pepper, maida and three or more tbsp corn flour

  2. Mix all ingredients properly to form soft dough. Alternatively infant potatoes can be used in this particular recipe

  3. Divide and shape the mixture directly into small- medium balls

  4. Deep fry over moderate heat until golden brown and crispy

  5. Strain excess oil over tissue paper

  6. Heat olive oil in a pan and add ginger. Saute for few seconds

  7. Add spring onions and saute for 2 minutes

  8. Add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes

  9. In the bowl, mix all the sauces. Modify quantity of sauces as per preference

  10. Combine 1. 5 tbsp corn flour together with 1 cup water to form slurry

  11. Increase sauces, salt and vinegar. Mix okay

  12. Include in corn slurry and bring in order to boil

  13. Cover and cook until sauce begins thickening

  14. Just before serving, add potato golf balls, cover and cook for 2 mins.

  15. Ornament with roasted sesame seeds, spring onions and serve hot with noodles or even fried rice
