  1. 250 gr Almonds
  2. 50 grams Melon seeds/kharbuje ke beej

  10. 6-8 almonds chopped finely
  11. 1 tablespoon cashews, almonds, walnuts, raisins together with saffron strands for garnishing

Step-step making Easy Kesariya Badam ka Halwa Recipes

  1. Soak the almonds within water for six to 7 hours or overnight.

  2. Remove the pores and skin in the morning and work the almonds and melon seed products finely in a blender.

  3. Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and add the cashew paste and keep stirring upon a low flame until lighting brown colour is achieved plus you get the aroma.

  4. Add the milk and sugar and cook on a low flame mixing continuously, for a few moments until the sugar dissolves.

  5. In the small bowl mix 7 -8 saffron strands and 1 tsp milk and crush them to get saffron flavoured milk.

  6. Add this particular to halwa, stir thoroughly, add chopped almonds and cardamom natural powder, and mix.

  7. Do the plating plus garnish with cashews, almonds, raisins, walnuts and saffron strands
    Serve hot.
