  1. 1 cup grated fresh turmeric
  2. 1 cup grated raw manga
  3. 2 tea spoon oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  7. 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  9. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. 2 tablespoon chilli powder
  11. 1 cup jaggery
  12. 3 teaspoon salt or to flavor

  1. In a pan add oil and add mustard, cumin, fennel, fenugreek and coriander seeds. Once it starts crackling add the grated mango and turmeric until all water is absorbed. Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder and mix. Add jaggery and mix and let it cook until the oil starts leaving sides and jaggery is all mixed well.
    Chutney is ready to serve.
