  1. two cups whole whole wheat flour
  2. 2 pinches salt
  3. 1 tbsp. mustard oil
  4. 1 tsp. cooking powder
  5. 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  6. one small beetroot
  7. 1 ” ginger
  8. 2 natural chilies
  9. 1 tbsp. yoghurt
  10. butter / olive oil in order to brush
  11. 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  12. 1-2 tbsp. coriander results in, chopped
  13. 1-2 green chilies, chopped (opt)

  1. Blend the beetroot, ginger and green chilies to the smooth paste.

  2. Within a bowl mix together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soft drinks, yoghurt, puree and mustard essential oil.

  3. Add water while required to knead it in to a soft dough. Cover this and keep it in the warm place for 4-5 hrs. Add a tsp. of essential oil and knead again for the minute.
