  1. a single cup raw nuts
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1-2 dry red chilies
  5. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  6. 1 sprig curry leaves
  7. 1-2 green chilies, slit
  8. 1 tsp urad dal (split black gram)
  9. to taste salt
  10. 2-3 tbsp fresh grated coconut
  11. 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

Step-step making Easy Peanut Sundal Recipes

  1. Soak the peanuts in sufficient normal water overnight or for minimum 3-4 several hours. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Remove and keep aside.

  2. Heat oil and self-control with mustard seeds and dry purple chilies. After it stops spluttering, put the asafoetida, curry leaves, green chilies and urad dal. Saute for some sort of few seconds.

  3. Now add the boiled nuts and salt. Saute on high flare for a minute and switch down the flame. Add the grated coconut and give it a toss.

  4. Serve, garnished with coriander leaves as a tea-time snack.
