  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. 1/2 cup rice
  3. 2 cups water to cook rice
  4. 1 onion (use machine to chop tiny)
  5. 1/2 bunch parsley/ chopped
  6. 1 tsp cumin
  7. 1 tsp turmeric
  8. 1 tsp black pepper
  9. 1/2 or more salt
  10. Oil to fry kofte

  1. Wash, drain and cook rice

  2. Heat a single tbs oil, cook 1/2 of terrain beef, then add oion, cook and even sauté 2-3 mins until no liquid left. Set aside to cool that.

  3. Found in a mixing bowl, have other 1 / 2 of beef, rice, parsley, spices and even cooled and cooked ground beef. Rub about 5-6 min. Until they most are well blended.

  4. Shape them and include and keep in fridge minimum 25 mins.

  5. Have 2 bowls filled with loaf of bread crumbs, the other with 2 as fast as possible (mixed well). Coat koftes first using bread crumbs then egg.

  6. Heat oil some what good in a frying pan, make until they are cooked.

  7. Since they will be oily serve with steamed vegetables.
