  1. 1/2 mug oats
  2. Drinking water as need
  3. 1 cup yogurt
  4. 1 tsp grated ginger
  5. 1/2 tsp cut green chilli
  6. 1/2 tsp chana daal
  7. 1/2 tsp urad daal (optional)
  8. 8-10 curry leaves
  9. 1/8 Asafoetida (hing)
  10. Salt as want
  11. 1/2 tsp mustured or even rai dana
  12. Oil

Step-step making Easy Healthy Curd Oats Recipes

  1. Take all ingredients. Take a water in a pan for boiling.

  2. Cook oats with enough water or just add hot water as needed. Cool it completely.

  3. Add beaten curd, salt, green chilli, chopped ginger. Mix well. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, when they begin to sizzle add chana daal, urad daal and soute until golden. Added grated ginger, curry leaves, chilies and saute until the aroma of ginger comes out. Switched off and hing.
