Step-step making Easy Veg Palakh paratha Recipes

In a big bowl, add whole wheat flour, palakh, ginger-chilli-garlic paste, cabbage, carrot, salt, oil, Turmaric, chilli powder, dark pepper powder, and water, and hole smooth dough.

Give sleep for 5-10min. Then add 1/2tsp essential oil and knead the dough again. Move it in balls. (10-12 balls approx)

Roll them with tool pin.

Heat tawa, include paratha and cook for 8-10 sec for 1st side. Turn it plus wait for 30 sec then include 1/2tsp oil and spread all more than paratha. Turn paratha and on some other side add 1/2tsp oil. Spread this again and saute both side until turns light golden colour.

Serve with curd, sweet mango pickle or pickled chilli.
