  1. 1 glass Maida
  2. 1 tablespoon oil
  3. 1/8 small place Baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 2 tbsps beetroot juice for red shade
  6. for stuffing
  7. 1/2 Capsicum chopped
  8. 1/4 cup roughly grated grated Cabbage
  9. 1 (grated) Carrots
  10. 1 tsp ginger chopped
  11. 1 tablespoon oil
  12. 1/4 spoon Black pepper
  13. 1 pinch Red pepper
  14. 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  15. 1/2 small bowl (finely cut) Coriander
  16. while per taste Salt
  17. to serve with chilli garlic herb sauce

Step-step making Easy Vegetables stuffed Rose Momos Recipes

  1. Method For the dough – Take out the flour in a bowl. Mix salt, and oil and mix well.

  2. Divide into two parts. Mix beetroot juice in one part and knead soft dough with water both the parts separately. Leave both the doughs covered for half an hour.

  3. For stuffing- Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add ginger and chopped chillies (if using, I did not use it)and saute for 1 minute. Add the cut vegetables, Mix black pepper, soya sauce, red chilli, salt and coriander and fry for 2 minutes. The stuffing to fill in the momos is ready (If you also want onion or garlic then fry them before adding the vegetables).

  4. Take the red part of dough and roll into roti of 9 diameter.
    Now take white part and give the shape of cylinder to it and fill in red roti. Roll roti tightly covering white shape of cylinder.
    keep the roll in refrigerator for 15 minutes and take out to give it rose shaped momos..

  5. Cut the roll into 12 parts.

  6. Roll each part into thin rotis.

  7. JOIN 3 rotis using water.

  8. Place ready filling in the middle and fold.

  9. Lightly press to secure filling.

  10. Roll to give the shape of rose.

  11. Similarily make all the roses.

  12. Steam cook for 15 minutes.

  13. Arrange on a platter garnished by green onion parts, serve with chilliy garlic sauce.
