1 tablespoon oil

1/8 small place Baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tbsps beetroot juice for red shade

1/2 Capsicum chopped

1/4 cup roughly grated grated Cabbage

1 (grated) Carrots

1 tsp ginger chopped

1 tablespoon oil

1/4 spoon Black pepper

1 pinch Red pepper

1/2 tsp soya sauce

1/2 small bowl (finely cut) Coriander

while per taste Salt

to serve with chilli garlic herb sauce
Step-step making Easy Vegetables stuffed Rose Momos Recipes

For stuffing- Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add ginger and chopped chillies (if using, I did not use it)and saute for 1 minute. Add the cut vegetables, Mix black pepper, soya sauce, red chilli, salt and coriander and fry for 2 minutes. The stuffing to fill in the momos is ready (If you also want onion or garlic then fry them before adding the vegetables).
