  1. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  2. 1/2 tsp pepper
  3. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  4. you orange bell pepper, cut up

  8. 8 oz tomato sauce
  9. 1/4 cup normal water

  1. Season chicken with salt and spice up. Spray large skillet with cooking aerosol and heat over medium-heat.

  2. Add chicken chunks to skillet and cook until no longer pink. Eliminate chicken and keep warm
