  1. 1 pot maida
  2. 2 tbsp wheat flour
  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. 11/2 cup refined oil
  5. 3 tbsp ghee
  6. 3/4 cup sugar
  7. 1 cup normal water
  8. To taste salt
  9. 5 tbsp coarsely ground coconut
  10. 2 tbsp semolina
  11. a couple of tbsp crushed mawa
  12. 10-12 laung (cloves)
  13. 1 tbsp raisins
  14. 3 crushed green cardamoms without skin

Step-step making Easy Lobongo Lotika Recipes

  1. Take maida and wheat flour throughout a bowl. Sprinkle pinch of sodium and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Combination well, preferably seive both the flours, salt and baking powder. Add a couple of tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp engine oil. Add water and knead into some sort of stiff dough. Set aside covered to get half hour.

  2. Meanwhile produce a filling of ground coconut, semolina and mawa. Heat 1 tbsp ghee and toss the semolina lightly. Put 2 tbsp sugar, the ground coconut and crumbled mawa. Toss all right up until a lump is formed. Sprinkle killed cardamom powder, raisins and toss once more.
