  1. I blanched my peas.. Others will choose to boil them

  2. In a different pot, boil your meat for a few minutes.. let the water dry up before adding your onions.. let them cook for a few minutes

  3. Add your tomatoes and tomato paste.. Add a little water.

  4. Allow the meat to cook till it softens before adding your potatoes

  5. Once potatoes are almost ready, add in your blanched peas and carrots… do not forget to add your salt

  6. Now, add your water, give it a good mix, and let it cook till ready

  7. Serve with a starch of your choice
