In a bowl mix besan, reddish colored chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, cooking soda and mix

Today add water and make pakpra mixture

Heat some oil about a non stick tawa

Cut bread in two halves, consider one half and dip in pakora batter, coat the bread nicely, today place it on non stick tawa

Keep flame low, thus besan is cooled properly
