  1. .25 cup Gobind Bhog Rice
  2. 1 litre full fat milk
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  4. 1/2 cup chopped Nolen Gur/ Schedules Palm Jaggery
  5. 2 tbsp chopped nuts(Cashews or even almond)
  6. 1 Bay Leaf
  7. 1 tea spoons Raisins

Step-step making Easy Nolen Gurer Payesh Recipes

  1. Clean and soak rice for 35 minutes. Incase Gobind Bhog is not necessarily available, use Basmati rice

  2. Heat milk in a pan more than low medium heat. Stir occasionally in addition to bring to boil

  3. Simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes even more over low heat. Milk will commence reducing

  4. Add cardamom dust and bay leaf. Mix well
