  1. 1/2 cup Poha/flattened rice
  2. 2 tablespoon 2 teaspoon clarified butter/ghee
  3. 6-8 broken cashews
  4. 6-8 raisins
  5. 1 cup Water
  6. 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  7. 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  8. 2 drops orange food colour(optional)

  1. Add the poha to a no stick pan and dry roast on moderate heat for 3-4 minutes

  2. Take off heat and let awesome completely

  3. Dry grind the poha into a course mix

  4. Melt 2 tablespoon ghee in a non stick pan

  5. Add the cashews and raisins to the pan

  6. Sauté on Low heat until cashews are brown and raisins puff up

  7. Once done, take off heat plus keep them aside

  8. Add the poha now and roast with regard to 3-4 minutes on Low heat

  9. Add water now and mix well

  10. Once lump free add 2 teaspoon ghee and blend

  11. Add the cardamom natural powder, colour and jaggery

  12. Combine by mixing continuously for 2 moments

  13. Once the combination comes together, add the cashews and raisins

  14. Mix and take away heat

  15. Enjoy warm!
