  1. 1 pot maida / all goal flour
  2. 1/2 cup complete wheat flour
  3. 2 tbsp semolina
  4. 1/2 tsp making cookies powder
  5. 1/2 cup sliced fresh methi leaves
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp ajwain / carom
  8. 1/4 a tsp jeera as well as cumin
  9. 1/2 tsp sodium
  10. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  11. 1 cup refined engine oil

Step-step making Easy Methi Mathri Recipes

  1. Mix maida with semolina and include salt, and baking powder. Add cut fresh methi leaves, ajwain and jeera. Also add black pepper powder. Blend well. Add 2 tbsp warm essential oil and 1/2 cup water approximately. Knead into a dough and keep this covered for half hour.

  4. When golden brown distributed them on absorbent paper to eliminate extra oil. Sprinkle chaat masala. Shop in airtight containers when cool.
