  1. 2 1/4 lbs thin cut pig steaks. either sirloin or even chops. cubed i

  13. 1 cup shredded lettuce
  14. flour tortillas

Step-step making Brad’s chile verde burrito

  1. Put peppers, onion and tomatillos inside a sauce pot. Cover with normal water and boil until everything is sore.

  2. If tender, remove and pulse in a new blender. Discard the water.

  3. Place back found in the sauce pot. Add pork, enchilada sauce, green chiles, garlic, and a couple of tbs Chipotle taco seasoning.
