Step-step making Easy Pan potato wedges Recipes

  1. First slice one potatoe into two halves, slice them into four slices and finally into eight slices. Use the same to all the potatoes

  2. In a bowl, add cooking oil, turmeric, paprika, salt, garam and finely blend them

  3. To the oil spiced mixture add the potatoes till they’re finely integrated

  4. Put them into a pan brushed along with cooking oil, cover then cook along with low heat

  5. Cover then cook with lower heat

  6. Cook till they’re crispy
