  1. 1 litre full cream milk
  2. half of cup rice
  3. 8-10 saffron strands
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. 1 spoon rose water
  6. 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits

Step-step making Easy Kesariya phirni Recipes

  1. Soak rice fir 10 minutes and grind into a smooth paste

  2. Soak saffron strands in 1/2 cup milk

  3. Boil remaining milk on low flame and add grinded rice

  4. Stir occasionally until it thickens

  5. Add strain milk and mix well

  6. Add sugar and rose water

  7. Stir continuously for 5 minutes and switch off the flame

  8. Let it cool on room temperature

  9. Keep aside few dryfruits for garnishing and mix remaining in phirni

  10. Keep in fridge

  11. Take out in serving bowl and garnish with dryfruits

  12. Serve chilled.
