  9. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  10. 3 1/2 cups water
  11. 2 tbsp olive oil
  12. 1/2 tsp cumin seed products
  13. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  14. just one onion, chopped
  15. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  16. 1 tomato, chopped
  17. to taste salt
  18. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  19. 1 tsp roasted coriander-cumin powder
  20. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  21. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  22. 0.5 cup mint leaves, cut
  23. As required oil in order to deep fry the pakoras

Step-step making Easy Minty Kadhi Pakora Recipes

  1. Soak the dal for 30 minutes, Drain and grind to a coarse paste without adding any water. Add salt, soda, turmeric powder and kalonji to the dal paste and mix well.
