1-2 cups Cooked Mixed Grains

1 clove Garlic *finely chopped

2-3 tablespoon Olive Oil

500 g Mushrooms about *sliced

1 bunch (or as required) Green Vegetables (Spinach, Kale, Silver Beet Leaves, etc. )

Salt
Step-step making Easy Mixed Grains with Greens & Mushrooms Recipes-
Heat Olive Oil in a big frying pan over medium heat. Include the Garlic and Mushrooms, cook mixing occasionally for 10 minutes or till the mushrooms are browned.

Add Green Vegetables and toss till the vegetables wilt. Add the prepared Grains and combine. Season to flavor with Salt and Pepper.
