  1. For tacos sheets –
  2. 2 cup makke ka atta
  3. 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  4. 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Essential oil for frying
  7. For sarso ka saag –
  8. 100 gram sarso leaves
  9. 200 gram spinach leaves
  10. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  11. one hundred gram paneer cubes
  12. one tsp turmeric powder
  13. one tsp red chilli natural powder
  14. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  15. 1 tsp coriander powder
  16. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  17. 1 small onion finely chopped for garnishing
  18. one small tomato finely chopped for garnishing
  19. 50 gram grated paneer for garnishing
  20. Oil / ghee for cooking food

Step-step making Easy Makke ki roti sarso ka saag tacos Recipes

  1. First for tacos – in the bowl take makke ka atta plus all purpose flour. Now add a few coriander leaves, salt and 2 teaspoon oil. Mix all ingredients well. Create a hard dough by using drinking water and keep this dough aside intended for about 5 minutes.

  2. Right now take dough and make small similar size balls with this dough. Get one ball and roll it along with roller pin and make small roti shape sheet. Repeat this process along with remaining balls. Now with the assist of fork make small holes within every sheets.

  3. Now take a kadai, pur oil in it. When oil is definitely getting hot. Put this sheet directly into oil. When sheet is getting fifty percent fried, turn it with center plus give tacos shape. Repeat this procedure with remaining sheets and make tacos. Makke ki roti tacos are prepared.

  4. Now for sarso ka saag – wash sarso leaves plus spinach leaves properly. Take water within a pot, put it on burning. When water starts boiling, put these types of leaves into water. Cool for 5-7 minutes. Now take cold water inside a pot and immediately transfer these types of leaves into cold water.

  5. Now in the grinder take boiled leaves, green chillies and process it. Make fine blend with it. Keep this aside.

  6. In a pan, take one tbsp ghee/ clarified butter, now include cumin seeds. Them add ginger garlic clove paste. Saute it for about two minutes. Then paneer cubes. Then include turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and sodium. Saute all things. Now add sarso spinach puree and mix well make it for about 5-7 minutes. Switch off the gas. Sarso ka saag is ready.

  7. For offering – take one tacos sheets, things 2 tsp sarso ka saag within it. Garnish with finely chopped red onion and tomatoes. Sprinkle some grated paneer. Serve immediately. Enjoy winter with this particular makke ki roti and sarso ka saag tacos.
