  1. 1 Daikon Radish stalk
  2. 1/2 cup dried young sardines
  3. 6 g dried bonito flakes
  4. 2 tablespoon sesame
  5. 1 teaspoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  6. 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  7. Cooked rice

Step-step making Japanese Daikon Rice and Onigiri (Rice Ball)

  1. Remove the big leaves of the stalk

  2. Cut finely

  3. Bonito flakes and young dried sardines

  4. Sesame oil on pan and fry Daikon stalks first

  5. Fry well for about 5 minutes and then put sardines and bonito flakes. Season with Dashi powder.
