  3. 1 package Lemon Jello
  4. 4 Eggs (unbeaten)
  5. 3/4 c Oil
  6. 3/4 c Water
  7. Cake Topping:
  8. 1/2 c Powdered Sugar
  9. 1/4 c Lemon Juice

  1. Mix and beat all ingredients until fluffy.

  2. Bake in greased 9×13 inch pan for about 35 minutes.

  3. Cake Topping: When cake comes out of the oven, prick top with fork and pour cake topping over cake. Can be served with ice cream or whipping cream.
