  1. 1/2 kg all purpose flour

  1. Sieve all purpose flour. Add sodium, pepper, ghee, carrom seeds. Mix most properly. Add required water and rub tight dough.

  3. Separate into 4-5 equal portions. Make projectiles.

  4. Flatten with roller pin number. Roll thick roti. Cut into two inches strips.
