  1. 1 deal fresh egg roll packages
  2. For Filling
  3. 1 small, about 1 pound complete pork tenderloin
  4. 1 teaspoon asian spice blend
  5. 3 cups asian slaw mixture (cabbage, peas and celery blend)
  6. 6 mushrooms, chopped
  7. 4 alternative onions, thin sliced
  8. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  9. as needed black pepper and salt to be able to taste
  10. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  11. 1 tablesppon tamari soy sauce
  12. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  13. 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
  14. 1 teaspoon mirin
  15. 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  16. 1 tablespoon olive oil, I used chili combined
  17. 4 cups peanut or perhaps vegetable oil for frying,
  18. 1 large egg beaten with a single tablespoon water (egg wash)
  19. 2 large eggs, beaten and practiced with 1/4 teaspoon asian spice
  20. a single teaspoon butter

  1. Melt butter in a small skillet, add seasoned eggs and cook gently until set. Remove to a plate, cut into strips and reserve

  2. Trim any silver skin from pork and cut into thin strips, season with the asian seasoning1

  3. In a bowl whisk together oyster sauce, tamari sauce, sugar, mirin, rice vinegar and sriracha, set aside

  4. In a large skillet heat olive oil add pork and cook until browned, remove as done to a plate

  5. In the same skillet add mushrooms, garlic and green onion and just soften

  6. Add cabbage mixture, pepper and salt to taste and stir fry just a to lightly cook

  7. Add reserved sauce and stir to blend

  8. Add to a bowl and add cooked pork, and egg strips, mix together, cool

  9. Make Eggrolls

  10. Lay an egg roll wrapper on ypur work surface

  11. Brush edges with egg wash

  12. Place about 2 tablespoons cooled filling on one end of wrapper

  13. Fold over sides

  14. And roll up, place seam side down on platter, cover with plastic wrap to keep them from drying out while you roll the remainong egg rolls

  15. Fry Egg Rolls

  16. Un a dutch oven or large pot heat oil to 350. Fry egg rolls without touching, a couple at a time until crisp and golden, anout 3 minutes per side

  17. Remove to racks to drain off excess oil

  18. Serve with duck sauce or your favorite dipping saucd
